Contemporary design and optical excellence

Just as you consider choosing a frame based on both practical and aesthetic reasons, the same can be applied when choosing lenses. Driven by innovation and cutting-edge technology, it is safe to say that your choice of Seiko lenses can help meet your every demand – precise, sharp and surprisingly slim.

Staying ahead in fashion and trends

With the right pair of glasses, you can reinvent your look in an instant. Choose from trendy frames that allow you to adjust your style daily to complement who you are and how you feel. The following designs offer you the chance to transform your look effortlessly.

Around the corner

The classic tortoise frames are given an upgraded look with a metallic bridge piece and new variations in light speckled shades to warm undertones. Pink has joined the collection of neutral frames, for anyone who has grown tired of the standard black or brown.

Tomorrow's eyewear

Metal frames are designed with new materials that make them more lightweight than ever before. The return of the classic aviator has been one of the year’s biggest trends, with round, rectangular and D-frame shapes created to suit a wide variety of facial structures. Rimless styles are trending again, with rose gold metal temples and bridges.

LOOK SHARP ALL DAY (AVOIDING DIRTY LENSES)

Cleaning your spectacles daily is the best way to keep them looking great and prevent lens scratches and other damage. Follow these easy steps carefully:

Step 1

First things first, make sure your hands are clean. Use lotion-free soap or dishwashing liquid and a clean, lint-free towel.

Step 2

Rinse your glasses in lukewarm water. Avoid hot water since it can damage some types of lens coatings.

Step 3

Apply a tiny amount of lotion-free dishwashing liquid to each lens.

Step 4

Gently rub both sides of the lenses and every part of the frame.

Step 5

Rinse thoroughly, and make sure your glasses are clean.

Step 6

Carefully dry the glasses with a clean, lint-free towel (that has not been laundered with a fabric softener). Make sure the towel is perfectly clean. Dirt trapped in the fibres of a towel can scratch your lenses.

... And keep clean

For touch-up cleaning, you can use microfibre cleaning cloths or pre-moistened disposable lens cleaning wipes. Do not use a regular cloth, such as a shirt or a towel. These can contain dust that may scratch the lenses.

Your lenses should not come into contact with ammonia, bleach, vinegar or window cleaner, as these can damage the coating. Always store your glasses in a clean glasses case, and never place them on a table with the lenses facing down.

Lenses and reducing wrinkles

Wrinkles are frequently caused by sun damage. As we age and our skin loses its elasticity, wrinkles can become more prevalent. On top of that, the sun’s glare causes you to squint, which can deepen those fine lines and wrinkles.

ALBEIT NATURAL...

The sad truth is that wrinkles cannot always be avoided. However, you can try preventing them by protecting your skin properly.

... WRINKLES COULD BE REDUCED

UV rays can cause wrinkling of the skin, but also cataracts and even cancer. The best protection you can give your eyes is a pair of polarised sunglasses, which can provide 100% UV protection.

Never compromise on appearance
